IMPAMUN began as a dream over 15 years ago, born from our school’s first debate experience. We saw the power of diplomacy, critical thinking, and global awareness, and envisioned a space of our own to inspire future leaders. Today, that dream is a reality. IMPAMUN is more than a conference, it is a legacy built by more than 10 generations who believe in the power of ideas to ignite change. Together, we continue shaping a tradition of dialogue, leadership, and global impact.

IMPAMUN wouldn’t be possible without our incredible alumni community, the living proof of our institution’s lasting impact. Their dedication and leadership keep this tradition alive. As former delegates and now mentors, they continue to shape IMPAMUN, inspiring new generations to leave their own mark on history.

“At IMPAMUN, we believe leadership is not about having all the answers, but about fostering an environment where ideas can grow and voices can be heard. This project was born from the knowledge we have gained through countless debates, each shaping our perspectives and deepening our passion for diplomacy. We encourage you to express your ideas with confidence, always respecting diverse viewpoints. May this debate inspire you, challenge you, and leave a lasting impact on your journey, just as many debates have shaped ours.”

“The world doesn’t change overnight, but every step toward progress begins with young leaders who dare to think differently. IMPAMUN is the result of years of hard work, lessons learned, mistakes made, and the resilience to keep going even when giving up seems easier. It was born from a desire to innovate, to create a stronger community, and, above all, from our love for what we do: our passion for diplomacy and our commitment to those around us. We want to build a better world, and that is why we started this project, hoping it will make a lasting difference for generations to come.”
